Every Wednesday I go and eat at Jobang Nakji
(Nakjibokkeum = stew with diced octopus, shrimp, bean sprouts, red pepper paste, vermicelli, onions and garlic, served with rice.. pictured just as it begins to cook at the table.. it becomes a thick reddish stew when it's done)
(Jobang Nakji = my favorite restaurant for the dish mentioned above)
